1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Travek, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Travek.
2. About Travek
Travek is a travel planning and discovery app. It helps users create trips, invite friends, plan itineraries, manage budgets, save trip photos and videos, discuss trip details, check in to places, and contribute travel places for review.
3. Accounts and sign-in
Some features require an account or sign-in through supported providers such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device, account, and sign-in method secure.
4. User content and contributions
Travek may let you create or upload trip names, destinations, itinerary items, budgets, expenses, comments, photos, videos, place descriptions, addresses, categories, reviews, and other travel-related content. You are responsible for the content you submit.
- Only upload or share content you have the right to use.
- Do not submit illegal, abusive, hateful, misleading, harmful, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not publish another person's private information without permission.
- Place submissions may be reviewed, edited, rejected, approved, unpublished, or removed to protect quality, safety, and legal compliance.
- You grant Travek a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, resize, moderate, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service.
5. Trip collaboration and shared links
Trips may include other members. Content added to a shared trip may be visible to trip participants. Public share links may be visible to anyone with the link. Do not add sensitive information unless you are comfortable sharing it with the relevant audience.
6. Travel and location information
Travek may show addresses, provinces/cities, wards, coordinates, places, check-ins, and user-submitted recommendations. We try to keep information useful, but we do not guarantee that every location, address, opening status, price, route, or recommendation is accurate, complete, safe, or up to date. Always verify important travel details before relying on them.
7. Premium subscriptions and purchases
Travek may offer premium subscriptions or in-app purchases. Product names, durations, prices, and included benefits are shown before purchase in the app and by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Travek.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period or within the timeframe required by the applicable store.
- You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
- Subscription entitlement status may be processed by RevenueCat so Travek can unlock premium access and support restore purchases across supported devices.
- Premium features may evolve over time. If we materially change paid benefits, we will act reasonably and follow applicable platform requirements.
8. Account deletion
Where supported, you may delete your account in the app or contact us for help. Some shared trip records, audit logs, security records, transaction records, moderation records, or content needed by other users may be retained, anonymized, or handled separately as explained in our Privacy Policy and as permitted by law.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or overload Travek.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscriptions, limits, security, moderation, or access controls.
- Do not use Travek for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
10. Intellectual property
Travek, including its name, branding, app design, software, artwork, and original content, is owned by CFF Studio or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of Travek.
11. Third-party services
Travek may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, cloud hosting, maps, analytics, storage, notifications, and advertising providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
12. Service availability and disclaimers
Travek is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, cost control, legal compliance, or product improvement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFF Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of Travek, travel decisions, user content, third-party services, or unavailable features.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and may notify users when changes are significant. Continued use of Travek after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
